The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to shops and wonderful food. The rooms had a fireplace inside, which was a nice touch, but could benefit from updates. Check-in time at 3 pm was a bit late, but the rooms were clean and cozy. The staff were very friendly and helpful, with a great personality. The location allowed us to easily access all the beauty Helen has to offer, including downtown attractions and restaurants. Dining had a good selection, catering to different tastes, including gluten-free options.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The room was quiet and very clean, but there was a minor issue with a roach and the inside of the microwave needing unpacking. It would have been more convenient with an extra chair in the room. The service was excellent, with sure replenishing done and a clean breakfast sitting area. The staff, including the cleaning ladies, were very nice and accommodating, even arranging for a room on the bottom floor upon our early arrival. The location was convenient, close to the center of Helen and an excellent German restaurant. However, parking was a bit limited. The dining experience was superb, providing outstanding coffee and a variety of options, which helped save on expenses with hot tub and enclosed pool available. Overall, a good value for money.
